These terms explain the basic rules for using Voice Recorder, Voice Memos®.
Use of the App
Voice Recorder, Voice Memos® is provided for personal, educational, and professional audio recording purposes. You may use the app only in a lawful and responsible manner.
Your download and use of the app may also be subject to the applicable App Store terms and license agreement.
Recording and Consent
You are responsible for following the recording, privacy, and consent laws that apply in your location and in the location of anyone being recorded.
Obtain permission before recording or sharing another person’s voice whenever consent is required.
Your Recordings
You remain responsible for the recordings, transcripts, files, and other content you create, import, export, or share through the app.
Keep an additional backup of important recordings. Device problems, storage limitations, account issues, software changes, or accidental deletion may result in data loss.
App Store Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled through your Apple Account before the next renewal. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility are handled by Apple and are subject to the applicable App Store terms.
Apple Services
The app may use Apple services and system features such as iCloud, AirDrop, SharePlay, AirPlay, Shortcuts, and App Store services.
Availability and operation of these services depend on Apple, compatible devices, software versions, account settings, network access, and regional availability. Apple’s own terms and policies may also apply.
Intellectual Property
Voice Recorder, Voice Memos® and the app’s original software, content, interface, artwork, and design elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.
Availability and Updates
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although we work to provide a reliable experience, uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the app, Apple platforms, technical requirements, and supported services evolve.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when the app, its features, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the app after revised terms take effect means that you accept the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.
